About

Rebecca has dedicated her career to advocating on behalf of individuals who struggle to be treated fairly. She focuses her practice on representing employees who have been wrongfully terminated, experienced unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or wage and hour violations. She also provides prelitigation advice and counsel. Rebecca is a Bay Area native who earned her J.D. from U.C. Law (fka UC Hastings School of Law) and Master’s in Public Health from San Francisco State University. Rebecca approaches law through a public health lens, considers issues such as privilege and institutional disparities, and practices empathy.
